KITCHEN NIGHTMARES years ago we got involved with Pride Max What a mistake!! months to receive cabinets that were wrong color, wrong size, out of square and poor QualityContractor [redacted] *** from [redacted] *** in Pembroke allowed them to re spray and re size the cabinets and then the he bring the contractor would installweeks later (+) when we received the re-furbished cabinets, not new now we’re still a nightmare This went on for a year and this is now a kitchen where the finish is chipping off, cabinet doors are falling off, and unlined drawers are still and eye sore Etc...We also made serveral attempts as well as our lawyer to contact them with no responseThis company should not be allowed to be in any kind of business!!! 06/13/ I purchased cabinets from a contractor , who in turn ordered my cabinets from Pridemaxx the first week of March We had a delivery planned for the first week of May , my husband and I took the second week of may off to gut and install the cabinets The Friday before we were to start our gut I sent an email to our contractor to check the delivery date of our cabinets He sent back and email saying he would be calling my husband that evening The contractor told my husband that the cabinet maker had a machine down and it would be an extra week and a half, we decided to continue with the gut of our kitchen based on that information We were very patient and understanding of this problem However, here is where the problem starts, two weeks after that it was another call from Steve the owner of Pridemaxx He stated he was now to weeks behind , please keep in mind we ordered the cabinets in March and now have no kitchen The real issue for me here starts at the end of May weeks after the cabinets were orderedStill no cabinets and Steve does not return phone calls and continues to have the secretary that answers the phone plain lie to us As of Friday June 3rd, headed for week after our orderOur contractor cancelled our order with him Now I will have to wait for an entire kitchen to be fabricated as we have become tired of being pushed off and we are now concerned of the quality of what we may receive I am ok with machines breaking I totally get that But this guy doesn't have the business sense to just be honest with his customers I would never recommend someone who doesn't return phone calls and plain out lies
