We have received the complaint from our customer [redacted] and we sincerely apologize for any mistake and regret any inconvenience caused as a result.We were in touch with [redacted] by email and phone during the whole process, which it was resolved at the moment we paid for his vehicle`s repair at [redacted] (you can find the invoice attached)Before he decided to not bring his car back here,we had offered and guaranteed that we could repair any damage on the right front window motor of his vehicleHowever, he said that he was not feeling comfortable about bringing his car to usWe understood and offered to pay the repair that was been done by [redacted] ,even we were not sure about the main cause of the problem in his vehicle, we paid for the costs of repair that was done last Thursday (05/04/17) at the place chosen by him.We have done two types of services in his carOne of them was the application of tint on the windows and the other one was a Package of a Full DetailWhen the customer left our Shop, his car was working the same way as It was before the services were done We also gave him a special discount since he is a disable USMS VeteranBesides we had paid for the repair, he is asking us for a full refund of $which is included the window tinting service that was done very well and the customer did not complain about it.The customer complains that he noticed a strange noise one day later after he has had the serviceThis day was on Saturday April 22nd and we were working but did not receive any call from him as he mentionedWhen he came on Monday April 24th, we offered to check at the car but he needed to leave the car, since the service would take between 2-hours but he did not agree to wait.Again, we have paid for the repair and we hope that the customer accept our apologies for any inconvenienceBest regards, Lords Detailing

As stated in my first conplaint, Lord's Detailing did not respond to my phone calls about the noise coming from the front right side window of my vehicleI picked my vehicle up Friday April 21st at 7:30pm after closing hoursI attempted to phone ***, the owner, about the noise and received no responseUnfortunately, Friday April 21st I worked at 9:pm and also on Saturday April 22nd which can be verifiedI found my car Saturday April 22nd in the parking lot of my work with my window down and the noise still occuringMonday April 24th I drove to Lord's Detailing and told *** about the issue and he dismissed my claim and actually got upset at me, accusing me of bringing the car to him with that problemHe was extremely rude and even said that I owed him moneyHe had an employee look at the vehicle after I stood outside of his shop for minutes waiting for an answerTwo employees and *** could not identify the problem and I decided that I did not want to leave my car there for hours until he could look at itI told him I have to be home to my family in Quincy and that I just got out of workHe laughed and told me to take an ***As I was leaving he then threatened me and stated "something bad is going to happen to me"I tried back and forth for weeks to try and resolve this issue and *** continuously gave me the run aroundHe eventually told me after I told him that I would contact the Revdex.com and take him to court that he would give me a full refund and pay for the repairsI made an appointment at *** * *** for Tuesday May 2ndOn May 1st I phoned *** to tell him I had an appointment and to make sure he was going to payHe told me that he wanted me to pay and then bring him the receipt and the damaged motor to the shop in EverettI then contacted the Revdex.comTuesday May 2nd I received another phone call stating that Lord's Detailing would pay for the repairs only after being contacted by the Revdex.comI made another appointment at *** * *** Wednesday May 3rd and my window was fixedAs you can see in the pictures I provided the front right window motor is severely damaged by waterIt corroded the entire circuit board and the wires connecting to the motorI am completely dissatisfied with the services provided by Lord's Detailing and I am still upsetOver the course of time since the damage to my front window I have had rain in my vehicle several times due to not being able to keep the window upI have to have the car professionally cleaned again and I am left with damage to the interior of my car: the carpets, the leather seats all have rain/water damageI would like a full refund of my moneyI paid $for a full detail which was not finished and my car was still dirty and the tint on my windows looks awful and I will have to pay even more money to get that fixed as wellI would also recommend that everyone stay clear of this businessI would like to add that the secretary *** was the only nice person at this shop and spoke to me in a kind and respectful mannerShe tried her best to satisfy my complaint but it was evident that *** was telling her what to doThank you to the Revdex.com and looking out for hard working individuals like myselfI am a disabled USMC Veteran as Lord's Detailing had stated and I feel I was treated horriblyI would like my $back and would like to forget about this whole nightmareI will never be back to this business ever againBe warned for anyone looking for detailing, tinting, sound systems, automatic starts or any other service this business provides.
