We sold [redacted] a 2015 [redacted] in July of this year. The 2015 [redacted] was traded us with all the equipment on it that we sold it to [redacted] with.At time of delivery it was missing the Center Caps for the 4 wheels and floor mats which we put in writing that...
we get for him. When the Center Caps came in is when we found out that the previous owner must have switched the wheels out from [redacted] to [redacted] because the [redacted] Center Caps we ordered would not fit the [redacted] wheels. We contacted the previous owner who denies switching them. We are currently working with [redacted] to try and resolve the issue but we believe his request to get him new [redacted] wheels is unreasonable. If there is any additional information needed please don't hesitate to contact me.
we ARE ATTEMPTING TO REACH THE CONSUMER AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO ADDRESS HER CONCERN
Spoke with the customer on 12/14. Agreed to replace the tire and center cap as "goodwill". The customer requested cancellation of his tire and rim policy. We have agreed to that as well and issue a refund for the policy purchase price.
