Before he decided to not bring his car back here,we had offered and guaranteed that we could repair any damage on the right front window motor of his vehicle. However, he said that he was not feeling comfortable about bringing his car to us. We understood and offered to pay the repair that was been done by [redacted],even we were not sure about the main cause of the problem in his vehicle, we paid for the costs of repair that was done last Thursday (05/04/17) at the place chosen by him.We have done two types of services in his car. One of them was the application of tint on the windows and the other one was a Package of a Full Detail. When the customer left our Shop, his car was working the same way as It was before the services were done. We also gave him a special discount since he is a disable USMS Veteran. Besides we had paid for the repair, he is asking us for a full refund of $280 which is included the window tinting service that was done very well and the customer did not complain about it.The customer complains that he noticed a strange noise one day later after he has had the service. This day was on Saturday April 22nd and we were working but did not receive any call from him as he mentioned. When he came on Monday April 24th, we offered to check at the car but he needed to leave the car, since the service would take between 2-3 hours but he did not agree to wait.Again, we have paid for the repair and we hope that the customer accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
