customer contacted me on 04/14/to come look at chevy MalibuI am not open on sundays but she said only day she could come to see carSo we meet her there at 1:pmShe showed up and looked at Malibu but they seen buick on lotThey took it for test driveWhen they came back I
asked them and they said it drove great only thing they said they could find wrong was rotors had slight pulseSo I gave them money off for $rotorsso they decide to buy carwe agreed on pricewe did paper workShe was given a buyer guide and was explained to her that it is a "as is"She signed all paper workBoth guys with her looked car over and drove itI asked her if she had plates to drive car home she said no she didn't think about thatI explained to her I was out of day tagsI told her she can go to bmv with purchase order and buy a day tag from them for $She knew she would have to make another hour trip back down and another hour homeSo I was trying to help her I told her I could drop off in Newark for her if that would help herShe said she would really appreciate thatBecause with boys doing sports and her workShe txted me Monday and asked if she left her drivers licenseI told her she left on the desk and I could bring to Newark tomorrow with meShe didn't get off till 4:so I took her drivers license to Columbus and meet her at her workSo she could get her tagsI drove car up Thursday 4/21/and dropped off.Car drove great I put over miles on itI didn't even feel pulse in rotorsWhen she came and picked up car I talked to her for about half hourShe told me thanks for everythingShe called me on 04/22/and said she took to Lindsay acura and had oil change doneShe said they told her there was a oil leak and motor mount brokeI explained to her that car was sold 'AS IS'They didn't even tell her was it was leakingI ran new car dealerships in Columbus for yearsNew car dealerships service departments make money by talking customers into service workCar must of drove fine for miles to *** *** and miles back homeThen one of the guys that came with her called meTelling me motor was bad because of a oil leakI told him that if it has oil leak doesn't mean its bad motorThen he said he took to another service shop and now more thing he came up withTiming chain rusty and lifter hitting cylinderFor one timing chain cant be rusty it sits in oilThen a lifter never comes close to cylinder and still no location on oil leak.Two service shops and still no location on oil leakHow does that work. I told him cant happenHe said said he was bring car back tomorrow and I was taking car back one way or anotherI told him don't threaten meshe called me next morning and said they were thereI told them I wont be threatened and there was nothing wrong with carshe hung up on meso they drove car miles down and miles backno problems down and back. I think she took car home showed car to their year old son that car was forI think the year old son didn't want a big buick for their first carthey test drove car and nothing was wrong per customer
