Contacted Window World in September to get two windows replaced in my houseEstimator came out immediately and measuredHe gave me a quote that day and I told him the amount seemed fine, so he needed 1/of the money up frontNo problem, I wrote him a check for 1/and asked how long it would take and he said 4-weeksAgain I said this was fine as long as he could guarantee I would have them by Thanksgiving as I had my grandchildren visiting thenHe assured me this would not be a problem as this would be weeks until ThanksgivingWithin weeks of Thanksgiving I had not heard a word from them, so I called and they said it would be at least another 4-weeks, the factory was backed upWhen I said this was unacceptable the lady with Window World was very hateful and said there was nothing I could do about itI asked if they could put a rush on it and she said emphatically NO.So I waited, finally on December 4th they delivered my windows, one fit great, the other was over 1" too narrow, the installer said he could shim it up and make it work; told him I did not want it shimmed upIt should fitAgain I called the office and the manager told me, she could put a rush on a new window and have it for me in 2-weeks, I asked why I couldn't get a rush on the windows I needed before Thanksgiving, she hung up on meFinally on Jan4th I got my other window, Doesn't fit great, but I just wanted to be done with Window WorldWould never use them again or recommend them to anyoneMy advice, stay away from
