Review: We hired Loree to make our wedding cake/cupcake tower for our wedding on May 26, 2013. Loree failed to fulfill her end of the duties and what she delivered was a total disaster. She did not stay and set up as she said she would. She just dropped of cupcakes in a box and didn't even bring a tower to set them up. The cupcakes were not even the correct flavors. Also, she was given a picture of what we were looking for and she assured us several times that she could replicate it. She ended up having some bakery in New York make it. There was no detailing on the cakes or cupcakes like in the picture. We tried contacting her to settle this and gave her an opportunity to make this right and give us a refund of some sort. She ended up hanging up on my husband. She did not deliver what was promised to us in any way. It was horrible.

We would like a refund of at least $200 for this. She said she sent a gift certificate for $50, but we have no clue what it is for and we certainly don't want anything from her. We want some of our money back due to her inability to deliver what we paid for.
