Lorenz Kitchen and Bath

Review: [redacted] performed two large contracting jobs for me. He re-did my master bathroom and sub-contracted out a retaining wall and walkway project. [redacted] is an extremely nice guy, and the work he did looked great initially, but in both cases, these large and expensive projects ended up having lots of issues 6 months in. When he came back to fix some of the issues, some of the issues were fixed, but some were made worse. Now my bathroom tile and grout needs redone, the fan that was installed drips lots of water and doesnt do its job; and my wall is already shifting, concrete splitting/cracking, wall stones are falling off, railing was never drilled in and many other small examples of unfinished items.Desired Settlement: I have a laundry list of items that were defective 6 months after both jobs.
