I first meet Mrs*** on 08-24-after she had called me on 08-22-to go to here house and give here a bid on work that she wanted to get done, as we were talking about the work she also told me that she was in a hurry to get the work done because she wanted to sell the house, after our
visit I made her out a quote for the work and e-mailed it to her, around the beginning of December she called me again and ask me to give her a bid to replace the flat roof so I rewrote the quote on 12-19-and sent it to her, she e-mailed me back 01-21-that she was a little shocked at the amount to do the roof and she knew that I would understand if she get a couple of more quotes to do the roof also as I knew that she will be selling her house after all the work is completed so she really needs the price to come in lower and she would still like for me to do the other work and will be in touch with me after the roof is done, I have several e-mails from Mrs*** about me doing the inside work for her, along with buying the French door with side lites which she told me to go ahead and order the white textured door unit, I did admit to Mrs*** that my door supplier made a mistake on the door finish so I had e-mailed her that the door unit would have a textured finish, at first she e-mailed me and said that sorry but this is not alright with me on 02-10-@10:a.mthen she told me that she would like see a picture of the door so I sent her a picture of part of door sample so she could see the different on the smooth & textured finishes @ 11:a.m.and at 2:I sent her an e-mail asking her if she got the pictures of the sample I sent her & at 2:p.mshe e-mail me back saying that she wanted me to start the Sheetrock work regardless please and when I could began and I e-mailed her back telling her that I needed to look at my schedule but I think that we could start probably on Friday or Saturday, she e-mailed me back on 02-11-@ 9:to please advise her on my start date and time because she really needed to get this moving, also to give her my cell phone # so that she can text me because it was easier that way, on 02-11-@ 10:I emailed her back letting her know that we after looking at my schedule we might be able to start on Friday @ 9:a.mor Saturday @ 9:a.mbecause we are trying to finish up job we are working on right now by Thursday & if we do we can start your job on Friday and wrote down my cell phone #, then at 10:the same day she e-mailed me saying that on second thought, Friday was Valentine's day and ifwe could hold up until Monday and if I could commit to that date, @ 11:02-11-I e-mailed her saying sure we can start on Monday 02-17-2014, @ 11:02-11-she e-mailed me asking me about how long before I would get a smooth finish door and I replied back that it will take about 2-weeks & the texture door take a week, @ 12:she e-mailed asking me how much a wood door cost and if I could check with another vendor to get a smooth door faster because it seems I would have more than vendor, @ 12:I e-mailed her and wrote that a wooden door could cost between $1,- $1,and that the vendor I was using gives me a better price than my other, @ 1:p.mshe e-mailed me if they will be white then lets go ahead and order, @ 4:p.mI e-mailed her asking to be sure that does this mean that it is OK for it to be white textured door unit and not smooth, @ 4:she e-mailed me back yes order please so I order the door unit for my supplier, @ 12:on 02-12-she send me a text asking me if we can start now on Tuesday the 18th please and I responded back @ 12:that will be OK with me, I have been through a lot of changes with Mrs*** from the start to the day we worked at her house, on 02-18-I took my workers to her house and they started working on the Sheetrock repairs, I had talked to her boyfriend about that we will finish the Sheetrock when we came back to install the door unit and be finish that same day, at the end of the day Mrs*** sent me a text @ 5:p.mwhich I did not hear that I had received a text from somebody, then @ 12:p.m on 02-19-Mrs*** sent me another text asking me if I could please answer her question and then I got a phone call from her asking me in a mad voice why did't we change the damage wood from the sky-lite and I told her that it was not in the contract, then she asked me if we always leave wood that was damage from a leaking sky-lite and I told her that we did what we had agreed on, she then starting telling me that she wanted me to get together with her to reevaluate the bid, then right away she started telling me that she wanted me to figure out what dollar amount of work we had already done and that she wanted me to send it to her today, I told Mrs*** that she has no rights to demand me to send her anything right away because I do have other customers that I am doing work for, then she started threatening me by saying that she was going to contract her lawyer so I told her that she could do what every she wanted to do because she did not scare me with that, she also told me that she did not have a signed contract with me and that she wanted all her money back, while I guess she thinks that we went over to her house, protected her items with plastic and floor with drop clothes, install level of scaffolds and do the Sheetrock repairs in the living room & kitchen ceiling plus ordering the door unit which I cannot cancel, I don't know what happen to her because or why she got so mad like she did with me, if it was because I did not answer her text message she could have called me on my cell phone since I had e-mailed her the number and she also had one of my cards and the contract with all my contract information, she needs to realize that not everybody deals with text messages, I am years old not all people my age are crazy about texting, she is the one that went over the edge right away with me trying to get something for free, thinking that just because she start yelling at me I suppose to get scared with her, well that don't work with me, now when the door unit come in I will deliver it to her and she can get somebody else to install it for her or if she don't want to see me anymore I can have one of my employees deliver it to her, but base of the price of the door unit and the work that was done already this is all that I am willing to do for her and I will still be loosing money on this job, if the Revdex.com would like to contract me I can be reach on my cell phone #
