Not part of my original complain, was the scratching of my door by plumber dropping his equipement, now I find I must defend this misreprestation by plumberOur discussion went like this: plumber after My notification of damaged door he admitted he dropped equipment but didn't notice, before he left, he scratched my doorHe asked me what I felt would be compensation for the approximate inScratch and if he waved the $*** service call would be satisfactory? My response was that it was not my intention to ripe any one off and that I felt "$**" would suffice in my patching this damage when the weather got warmer.Wethen discussed the fact that my water heater pipes were shaking, badly since his visitHe then told me he had not opened or closed the toilet shut off value or his work on replacing the toilet might not have sealed correctly and he might then have to return to fix it.Iagareed to try the shut off valve to see if that would solve the shaking of the pipes when toilet, faucet sectWe're I useIt did seem to lessen at first and told him soI thought with continued useitwould abateA day an a have later it rescued with a vengeance as I have previously stated in my complaint.I am throughly disgusted with this business and it misrepresentation of the factI would not recommend him to anyone, ever! I want no further correspondence from him or his business I have had someone correct the problem the plumber left me with.Thank you foryour assistance in trying to resolve this issue/problem I had with this companySincerely Yours,LS.Sent from my iPad

We worked on the sewer line, that has nothing to do with the air in the pipesWe can go out and look at the pipes, however there will be a charge if its not our fault

This customer called because the sewer was plugged from the home to the street.  My tech had to remove the stool to gain access to the sewer.  He cleared the blockage and reinstalled the stool.  Shortly after the customer complained our tech scratched her door.  Unsure if he had...

or had not we asked her what she would like us to do.  She said we could take $** off the bill and she could maybe touch it up.  We took $** off the bill.  A day or so later the customer called very upset complaining about water piping shaking when she flushes the stool or runs water in the sink.  We tried to help her with this over the phone.  We could not have created this problem clearing the sewer.  Nor do we feel we created this problem by taking the toilet off and reinstalling.  The customer has paid for our services to clear the sewer.  However, I believe she wants us to come back and correct a separate issue for free.  We have no problem going back to see what is causing this.  If it is caused by something unrelated to our previous work we would have to bill her.  We like our customers to be happy with us but some are impossible to please.  Unfortunately sometime how people respond to a situation can influence how others respond in turn.  If she would like us to come back we would be glad to but understand that depending upon what is found there may be extra charges.

Review: Plumber left job and created another problem air in pipes that causes pip is on water heater to shake rapidly whenever ever toilet flushes and/ or facets in bathroom turned on.

When I called about this he responded it could be either he did not open or close shut off toilet value or air in line and he would have to reset the seal. I tried over the phone with to adjust the value and thought the would resolve the matter as for 1 1/2 days it was minor Then later that day I did a load of laundry and the pipes began shaking violently and haven't stopped since

I wrote to Lorge plumbing Inc. twice and no response.
