We purchased Dream Weaver carpet for our entire house from *** (***) HOLLIDAY DESIGN, ***. *** in JULY 2016.

We can't get warranty information for failed carpet. I contacted *** September 11, 2019 to ask for the warranty information. I have asked many many times for the information required to get warranty information - Company name she bought carpet from, Style number, and name of carpet. I still as of today February 27, 2020 , 5 months and half months later still do not have required information nor does Dream Weaver carpet who I have also filed a claim against.

We can not get warranty information to start a claim. The carpet is worn out looks 15 years old and is falling apart. I have been trying to get *** to provide warranty information since Sept 11, 2019, five and half months. No information. I was also told Dream Weaver was sold. I want to know what the new company name is and I want warranty information so my carpet can be replaced. It is horrible quality and I told by seller - *** it would not lay, down, or lose it's firmness, or wear down. We need answers now. We purchased the carpet because if its incredible warranty.The warranty is the main reason we purchased the carpet over other options we looked into.

Good afternoon,

I am sorry for the delay. I needed to go thru some files to find the info you requested. I am dealing with some ongoing medical issues, but I and am finally back to were I can leave the house, so I was able to get the info you needed today.

*** purchased Dreamweaver carpet "Only the Best" in color "Maple Sugar". Her install date was August 18-19th, 2016.

I have provided this information to Dreamweaver carpet, along with all my customer notes pertaining to this project.

When *** first contacted me about her issue, I spoke with my carpet wholesaler. At that time, I advised *** that Dreamweaver had been sold. This was based on information I had been given. I told *** that I wondered if this was why it was taking so long for anyone to contact her regarding a warranty claim. While I was correct in that Dreamweaver had been sold, I was incorrect on the timeframe in which it happened. I had understood that the sale of the company had been recent, when it actually happened a few years ago. There was no malice intended in the information I shared with ***. It was a misunderstanding.

Also, I contacted *** once I did hear from Dreamweaver to tell her that I was happy she was able to make some progress (she had filed a Revdex.com claim against that company as well and they contacted her directly). She told me it only took her 10 minutes to get a response from Dreamweaver. I told hger I was working thru my own channels, and I was sorry that those channels were not as fast as hers. Perhaps she thought I should have filed a Revdex.com claim myself. I have ordered and continue to order Dreamweaver carpet for my customers. Burning that bridge would not make good business sense for me. I acted in good faith, contacting the people I thought could help resolve this issue.

As I stated already, I have sent the information I have to Dreamweaver.
