Good Morning,I will open in saying I honestly thought this was taken care of I was aware the customer wanted the leaders moved I forwarded a work order to my gutter and leader crew to get in touch with the customer to schedule the placement of the leaders where wanted However to
be very honest mother nature has not been on our side with all of the rain and wind we have been experiencing lately, which delays our projects I can not have men on the ladders in rain and wind We have every intention of meeting our customers wants and needsA call was made to the customer this morning, and a meeting has been scheduled for Saturday January *** @ 10:am for her to meet with my gutter crewHopefully the issue can be rectified on Saturday Regards,JD C***
