RE: Refund or Exchange issues [redacted] Order # [redacted] Revdex.com ID [redacted] submitted an order for a breast pump on Byram Healthcare’s website on 3/30/Byram Healthcare sent [redacted] an order acknowledgement # [redacted] via email on that same day to provide an expected processing and delivery time for her requested breast pumpByram Healthcare’s order acknowledgment informs the customer “delivery time will be approximately 7-business daysWe will send you a shipping notification including tracking information the evening your order ships and this will be the only communication you will receive unless the status of your order changes.” Byram Healthcare informs customers during the order process that breast pumps are not returnable and this is also documented on our invoices that are included in the package with the breast pumpOn 4/13/we shipped the breast pump and that evening we sent a delivery notification via emailThe breast pump arrived at Ms [redacted] ’s home on 4/14/ [redacted] has confirmed all these dates of communication in her complaint to Revdex.com and these dates are the 9th and 10th business days after her ordering of the breast pumpOn 4/17/ [redacted] called Byram Healthcare to request a return of the breast pumpDuring this call she was reminded that the breast pumps are not returnableByram Healthcare set the expectation for communicating the status and fulfilled the timelines as outlined to her, including the no return policy for breast pumpsAs a matter of customer relations we have made an exception for the return of the Medela breast pump as long as the manufacturer’s package is unopened and it is returned within daysShe will be able to return the breast pump at her expense and it will be subject to inspection I called [redacted] during the evening of 4/25/and left a message containing my direct contact information for her to call meAfter not receiving a call back we have sent her an email on 4/26/with return instructions
