We've removed any non responsive emails from this company, however, several addresses are customers who have bought over the years.  I believe we have covered the request.   Thank you.

Following up with you regarding the voice mail you left. Here is the data from the resolution:  [redacted] unsubscribed 07/18/2016 @ 15:41 via Lorman Education Services from mailing 633518.A confirmation of unsubscribe was on 7/18/2016 @ 15:41 Any addresses...

being sent to the domain [redacted] are also removed from Lorman… However our message to [redacted] on 7/18/2016 was that if she needs to be removed from our affiliates, I needed her to just let us know so we can put in that request, otherwise she could continue to receive messages from affiliates whom she is signed up with regarding Lorman products and services indirectly.  We did not hear back. Please let me know you received this and if this has resolved the issue.   Ben [redacted]Lorman Education Services[redacted]

Review: Repeating another complaint filed by someone else who said it well:

Daily, multiple unsolicited spamming all of which are then directed to my inbox. This makes it impossible to "unsubscribe" because each spam email is to/from a different name.Desired Settlement: Company fined for spamming. Spamming to STOP!

Review: Lorman Company continually spams us sending often 20+ emails a day. They create bogus emails for our domain and anything to @[redacted].com or @allamericanind.com is received by me. Despite "unsubscribing" and emailing them multiple times the spam keeps arriving.Desired Settlement: Stop spamming!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, there should be some public record that this company conducts business in this manner, and I would prefer that fines be issued to companies that conduct business this way. I am a business owner myself, and understand the need for advertizing, but this method of tacking on fake names to a real domain address is insidious and should be illegal. I have also reported them to [email protected]

Review: This company continually spams my work inbox with emails. I keep blocking them, but they change their email address every time they send out an email. I wish for this company to cease contact with me.Desired Settlement: For the company to permanently remove me from their emailing list.
