Review: I present my Church. [redacted] in Ridgewood, Queens. I called Lormic Transportation on 7/**/2013 to Chart a school bus for our kids trip to Six Flags NJ on Thursday August **, 2013 and the cost $700 plus parking and tips. I agreed and I paid $100 downpayment and the balance will be paid off on the day of the trip. on the night before the trip I called the Lormic Transportation to confirm our trip. they told me the bus is cancelled, because they can not go to six flags because the transportation dept. in NJ will take their bus away if they get cought. I couldn't understand what is that mean. but I had to finish the call after an argument with [redacted] the owner Why they did not let me know days before.I have trip tomorrow for 60 kids and I have no bus.it's devastating.since August **, I been requesting my deposit back, they saying will credit my card. but they never credit my card. I called 5 times already and every time I have to go through a hell to talk to someone about the refund which is the church fund. please help me to get the church fund from this company. I have invoice from the company.Desired Settlement: please I would like to have my church deposit back. I could of asked also for the difference of money for the other company that I had to pay them $1000 to have a bus for the following morning to take the kids for their trip.

Our company reached out to the complainant several days before the date of service without success in spite of messages being left on his phone.

When he finally called on the day before the event, he was again told that being a local NY state school bus company it was our understanding, upon verification that we would be in federal violation crossing state line without a USOT number.

We serve the local community and its not necessary for us to expend one million dollars per bus to have an interstate permit number which we don't need.

Understandably, he was upset but we were not prepared to take the risk of violating the law even at a profit. He has been very disrespectful and threatening to our staff hanging up on them while they tried to resolve the matter. He has been issued a refund of his voluntary

This is in response to my complaint # [redacted]. As per our conversation on the phone, this company never refunded or credited my account as they claimed they did. just spoke to my bank this morning and they never received any refund from this company. I went online about an hour ago to check my account, nothing it shows that I have received any credit from this company. this money it's belong to my church [ [redacted]].

please update my complaint accordingly. if you have any questions please let me know

This company is not reliable they had my child getting to school late for a whole week I was waiting for them to pick up my child but they never did not only did they not pick her up but they never bother to call and say that they were not going to be able to pick her up

Review: my church used this lormic transportation for a family day in the partk on August [redacted] 2014 and invoice was sent for $850.00 by email. we used our church credit card for payment, the saturaday morning someone called from the bus company by the name of [redacted] and stated that our credit card is not working and that we will have to pay cash or not the bus will not be they. so they was paid in cash on that morning. on monday our credit card statement said the the payment was paid on friday ** of August 2014 . so lormic ended up being double paid. I called for our church card to be credit back and they insisted that they cant recredit a credit card and them I said ok give up back the cash then . [redacted] is saying he never receive that payment so he will be losing outDesired Settlement: $850.00
