Los 3 Amigos Tree Service

Hired these folks on a high recommendation from a neighbor who had used them a couple of times for major tree trimming and removal. My job consisted of pruning and removing dead growth from 4 large palm trees. They arrived on time, did an excellent job with trimming, clean up and removal of debris. There was on branch left in one of the trees which came down on its own the following day, so I cut it up myself and put it out for trash pick up. So far so good.

One week later, one of the large fronds which overhangs my neighbor's orchid shed came partially down, in that it had been cut and not removed. It was still connected to the tree and I contacted Jose several times to please come and removed it. He told me on three different occasions that he would be out the following day to remove it, but never showed up. I continued to text him, and my husband also called. He never responded. I finally tied a portion of the frond to the tree trunk so that when it finally comes down on its own, it hopefully will not damage my neighbor's property. I have pictures and copies of my texts to Jose, as well as a copy of my payment check so that if the branch DOES cause damage, he will be receiving a bill from me as well as a complaint against his license. This was over a month ago, and the damage limb remains as it was.
