*** ***, et al, and her "entourage" who stayed at the Colony South simply defrauded the Inkeeper in violation of Hotel Law and actually owes us money.She states that she spoke to the GM to correct her problem - I NEVER once spoke to that individual or anyone in her partySo what she is saying is
simply a tieAs matter of fact, she OWES us money which we never collected for her stayShe had multiple occupants in the room that were always extremely loud, with yelling and crying and disturbing other guests hereif she steps foot back in the Colony South she will be arrested on site for DEFRAUDING AN INKEEPER, which is a felony.So please do not waste your time or mine with such drivel and nonsense.The policies that she claims we used to overdraft her accounts are simply HER bank's policies that apparently she knows nothing aboutWe don't put money back on her account, her bank doesWe have a requirement to register here that includes the room rate plus tax and $for incidentalsSince *** *** extended her stay each day by day, $was placed on her card every day when she registered in accordance with our policyWe never processed or collected those moniesShe apparently doesn't know the difference between a charge/debit/prepaid cardsWe don't even accept prepaid cards as a form of paymentThe fact that *** *** doesn't know how to use a card she got from a prepaid center is none of our concern,I would be delighted if you publicly post her complaint and my response on your website as you threatenAND if you post something that identifies us and not the "customer," in turn, you set yourselves up for a very nice libel suit, Thank you.Fernando M***General Manager Colony South Hotel

I am rejecting this response because: I for one never used a prepaid card to pay for my hotel stayI paid with my *** *** *** debit cardIf I left there owning them money why wasn't the police called and charges brought against me ? Never once did anyone at the hotel complain about yelling or noise from my room to my knowledgeAs far as crying I have a one year old child who does cry at times but for the most part she is quietAs for the GM, I spoke with him, the reservation manager and also Derron, in sales, who also spoke with both the GM and the reservation manager, due to the fact that my financè and I had rooms books for our upcoming wedding July 1st of next year that we cancelled because of thisI refuse to do business with a company like this
