Review: I made an appointment on Wednesday, Oct 1, 2014 for Los Alamitos Tree Service to come to my home on Monday, Oct 13, 2014,at 8:00 a.m. The company was suppose to remove 6 trees, 6 stumps and clean up branches and haul away for $250.00. The female customer service agent said the company did not have any appointments until late the following week. I made it easier and told her I would be available on Oct 13th. The female customer service agent said that was a good day and took my name address and set the appointment time. On Monday, Oct 13th, I called the company at approx 7:46am to make sure they were coming at 8:00am. No one called me back and now it's after 8:00am. I called a second time at 8:24am and the female agent said "let me call", and I will call you right back. Again, no call back from company, so I called a third time at 9:19am(no answer), and fourth time at 10:07am(no answer). At 10:08am I called a fifth time and a female answer. I told her my concern about my late appointment and I was still waiting at home. She said,"Let me call [redacted]". She called me back at 10:14am and said [redacted] cannot make it to my home today because he needs to finish up a job. I was not happy and said"are you saying no one will come to my home today". She said,"Yes, no one will come". I told her this was bad customer services and I will never use this company again. I called the company back at 10:27am and spoke to [redacted] I asked her to speak to a supervisor. [redacted] said she wasn't available and for ME TO CALL BACK LATER. I asked for the supervisors name, she said, [redacted]. I told [redacted] I was going to file a complaint, and the company inconvenience me for today. I'm not happen about this company canceling my appointment. If I had not been persistent I don't know if they would have ever called me. I set aside this day, because I had time in the morning. My whole day is ruined. Now I have to shop around to find another license company and possibly take off work.Desired Settlement: A phone call from the owner or general manager of The Los Alamitos Tree Service. Ownership may not be aware of what's going on with scheduled appointments that are being cancelled two hours after the appt

Horrible company. They say they will do it your way but they find the easy way out. They are liers. Beware of this company. I escorted them off my property and told them not to even come back. Beware!!!!!
