This company refused to give me a refund or I would not have filed a complaint. The workmanship and service was very bad. I still have broken glass in my car. This should have been cleaned out the first visit. I wish to confirm that a full refund of $250 will be given. The back window will be the only window returned. The side window will remain in the car. I feel this is appropriate due to the hassle this matter has caused.

This company feels its alright to install Windows that have been altered and do not fit right. They lied to me twice by telling me it was a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe window. Both installs were rushed and incomplete. Having to return multiple times for them to attempt to fix their work should not be financed by the customer. Where is the accountablity for their wrongs? They refused to give me a refund twice forcing me to handle this thru the Revdex.com. This has left my vehicle vulnerable to theft because the window doesn't lock.
