For starters , I would've NEVER taken this job.Since my ex- employee decided to take the job , I as the business owner have to protect my reputationSo halfway through the engine rebuild, my technician quits, so I had to finish the job [redacted] , first and foremost didn't want to pay the agreed price that my employee and him agreed to He argued with until I discounted it to $The agreed price was well over thatSo he picked up his vehicle and had trouble with it , so he towed it backI then decided to get a used engine from a junk yard and install that on at NO charge to [redacted] We installed the used engine and that one had troublesSO now I am out $for another engine plus hrs in labor and waiting for [redacted] to send me another engineI put his original engine back in the vehicle , it has a slight ticking noise and I told him he could take it and drive itHe refusedSo now I am waiting for another engine
