After reading the report, we at Los Amigos Tire Pros are willing to replace the motor mount on the customers car for only the cost of the parts and are willing to wave any and all cost of labor as a good customer service

CUSTOMER CAME IN AND TOLD ME HE WAS REFERRED BY MY A LOCAL MECHANIC SHOP AND IF HE COULD GET AN ALIGNMENT, HE HAD TO HAVE IT DONE BECAUSE HE WAS ON HIS WAY OUT OF TOWN ,I WAS BOOKED BUT BECAUSE HE WAS SENT BY [redacted] I WENT AHEAD AND TOOK HIM IN , AFTER THE ALIGNMENT WAS DONE WE DID HIS PAPER WORK, AND ON HIS WAY HE WAS THE NEXT DAY HE CAME IN A VERY RUDE MANNER AND WAS ASKING WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO ABOUT HIS CAR? SO I CALMED HIM DOWN AND ASKED HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON , HE TOLD ME THAT AFTER WE ALIGNED HIS CAR, SOME HOW WE MOVED HIS CV AXLE TOWARD HIS TRANS,THAT CAUSED THE JB WELD THAT HE HAD PUT ON THE TRANS BECAUSE IT HAD A HOLE TO RUB OFF,AND ALL THE FLUID DRAINED OUT AND CAUSED THE TRANS TO GO OUT.SO FOR THAT REASON WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE TRANSI TOLD HIM THAT,THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE BUT BRING THE CAR IN AND WE WILL INSPECT IT FOR YOU AND SEE WHAT WE CAN DOHE TURNED AROUND AND SAID LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO.AND HE DROVE OFF

Los amigos tire has refunded the 2,lease amount to the leasing companyBut there still remains the cash I paid for the total of id like to askThem to mail me a check for the remaining but the complaint has been closed.Can you open it so I can email them back?Thank you

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you but unfortunately as business owner I was unaware of this issueWe are now working with the finance company we have already faxed a credit request to progressive for the amount financed of ($2,500.00) and are waiting on their responseThis is

All I can say is outstanding work guys! I meant to leave a review a while back when I purchased my tires and rims from this place. Those wheels got me from West Coast to East Coast and back many many times with no trouble at all. I had to take the car to the dealership for an oil change, they noticed what appeared to be a large bolt in the tire and since the wheels are larger than normal, they are not able to plug it. They gave recommendations, but I told them I would just go back to the shop I bought them from.

I took it to Los Amigos this morning and the place was busy as usual (that's a sign that business is good and customers know where to go). Even with the crowd they had the car up on the jack in 15 mins. The mechanic took the tire off and to the back to patch. A few minutes later is was back on and I was at the register to pay. When it was my turn, the rep just gave me the keys, said it was no charge, the bolt didn't go all the way in.

I felt bad because I didn't have cash on me at the time, just my debit card, I figured I would hop on Revdex.com to leave these guys a great review for the service they provide. Many times people leave reviews when things go unexpected, they don't take the time to provide reviews when things go as planned or better. Thanks Los Amigos, you will continue to have me as a loyal customer!

Review: SCAM ROB!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$On 04/12/14 I purchased a set of wheels and tires from los amigos tires [redacted] For $2,650.00. $2,500.00 was financed and the $150.00 was cash. The wheels I selected as my first choice were a special edition series with a green monster logo on the center cap. I was told it would take one week to get them in. when they arrived they came with the Stock center cap.they installed the wheels and I was told 2 weeks for the correct center cap to come in. This went on for 12 months. Every time I went in they took my information and told me two weeks to get the center caps in.the salesman that sold me the tire package has since disappeared. I have never seen him since.I have been working with [redacted] who seemed to make an effort to try to get the correct center caps. I used their finance company(progressive) to finance the tire package. I have called them a few times explaining the situation And they have noted in my account that I have not received what I have paid for. They called the tire shop twice Inquiring as to when I would receive the correct center caps. Again they were told two weeks.In addition to not receiving what I had ordered they sold me tires that cannot support the weight of my diesel truck. I did not select the tire brand, los amigos did. I have gone thru 6 new tires in 12 months. The tires shop has used several excuses as to why the tires have failed including; Bad ball joints(Rear tires split, there are no ball joints on rear axle), over inflated tires(which they inflated) bad alignment(which I paid them to align)[redacted] has swapped out the tires each time with new ones, only for them to fail after month or two.I have spoke with the finance company and they agreed to give me a full refund once I return all the product to the tire shop. I returned everything to los amigos on 02/21/15. Los amigos now has to refund the finance company the $2,500 but they been giving me excuses that they are having the tire rep inspect the tires. Faulty tires is not my problem. I have given los amigos over 18 months and they will not return my calls. [redacted] is a liar, he will lie straight to your face. I am not in the process of filing a lawsuit. my attorney is willing to take the case for free since Los Amigos will have to pay for his attorney fees as part of the claim. simple case of theft. you can't sell someone one thing, take their money and give them something else.Desired Settlement: los amigos has to refund the leasing company the original amount of $2,500.00 so that the leasing company will refund me the $4,000.00 I paid them.

Review: Sold me a part that was used and when I tried to return it, they claimed it wasn't used and refused to return it though it was not used by me.Desired Settlement: $25 cash refund for lug but key

customer came to the store looking for a lug key, because he has a flat and couldn't remove tire. we thought we didn't have it, then we realized we had a brand new package, we opened the package and gave him a brand new key. About 2 hours later he came back and told us he found another key at a better price and wanted to return it. when we inspected the key it was scratched and flared on the tip like a used key. At that point we told him we couldn't do the refund because it was now a used key. If the key wouldn't have been used we wouldn't of had no problem refunding his money.

Los Amigos tires completely took care of me and my car, they handled my tires in a quick and speedy process.
