I have not heard nothing from
MrGustavo E*** AG*** or his business which is called "Los Andes Shipping". I spoke with my family members in ***, Argentina and they told me that they haven not heard anything either. So far, all I have is his telephone numbers in New York which I tried them unsuccessfully: ###-###-#### and ###-###-####, and an additional address *** *** ***, 4G, *** ** that my husband and I got it long time ago. I do not know if he is still holding that home address or not. Anyway, I thank you very much for contacting me about this complain against MrGustavo G*** and Los Andes Shipping since January **, 2015. Please let me know if any news are found eventually. I sorry on mi English, I use LOS ANDES SHIPPING to send personal staff to Argentina on August 2014 , valuable on approximate $2500 plus I pay $500 shipping fees, until today not revise mi boxes, I now I not the only one complain on this company,

Review: Gustavo G[redacted] and Sandra G[redacted] offer a shipping/transport service to Argentina. They transport all types of items abroad in containers to Argentina. The business that offers this service is called Los Andes Shipping. Gustavo and Sandra charges me ([redacted]) or the client for shipping and handling to reach the desired destination. I met with Gustavo and Sandra G[redacted] at [redacted] to drop of my items to be shipped to San Juan, Argentina. My items had a value of $2000 dollars. Gustavo and Sandra charged me 1500 dollars for shipping and handling. The estimated time for the container to reach the destination would take about 3 to 4 months. After many attempts trying to contact him to know the status of the shipping he was not responding our calls or calling me back. A year went by and I realized that we were lied to and our things were not going to reach our destination. Till this day we do not know Gustavo and Sandra's where abouts. I am very frustrated and dissapointed about the false service Gustavo and Sandra had offered me. I am making this complaint to make sure that this business "Los Andes Shipping" operated by Gustavo and Sandra G[redacted] does not continue with this service and that legal actions will be made against them for being a fictitious business.Desired Settlement: I am asking back for the amount that was charged to me for shipping and cost of the items shipped. I am also asking for to discontinue/close down fictitious business and have legal actions made against Gustavo and Sandra G[redacted] for false service.

Review: This company advertises shipping from New York to Mendoza Argentina. Since June 2014 thru January 2015 we had 8 boxes picked up for transport to Mendoza Argentina which contained slightly used clothing and shoes for family members overseas. We were told on various occasions that the container would leave the United States in 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 1 month and eventually 1 month turned into 8 months. When I called to business phone number about 2 weeks ago, I was told by a woman that he had already departed to Argentina and but that the container was still here. I called again today, and I was asked to call after 2p.m. that the person was still here in New York. I am unable to get a straight answer about what happened to my boxes, where they currently are and / or when they will be delivered. I am concerned that the container will never leave New York at all. I know for sure that I can not be the only customer Los Andes Shipping has and I can imagine we are all in the same boat.Desired Settlement: At this time I do not ask for settlement but would like to find out what happened to our personal items.

Review: Los Andes Shipping (Los Andes Transportes) own by Gustavo E[redacted] A. G[redacted] picked up 2-boxes from our household in New York on January **, 2015, to added to his transport container that left at the end of February 2015 for [redacted], Argentina. I paid to Mr. G[redacted] $420.00 for the boxes (I have the receipt). Mr. G[redacted] said that the two boxes were going to be delivered in [redacted], Argentina, by the middle of April 2015. As of today, Friday, November **, 2015, the boxes has not been delivered at all. In the meantime, I made all attempts to communicate with Gustavo E[redacted] A. G[redacted] via telephone, cell, and emails, including telephone calls to his mother's home in [redacted], Argentina. I have not been successful in doing this. I feel sad, frustrated and angry with Mr. G[redacted]'s behavior, the lack of professionalism and seriousness to his personal business and to the people's merchandise. I do not know, or don't understand what he gains by doing so much damage to all his customers. All I want is to be able to recuperate those two boxes for the happiness of my family in [redacted], there is great sentiments only for the family in those boxes. My family in [redacted] have been waiting extremely too long, they even volunteer to go themselves to pick up the boxes at Mr. G[redacted]'s mother house but unfortunately the boxes have never arrived in [redacted] yet... as her mother-secretary said.

I have given an extraordinary amount of time for Mr. Gustavo E[redacted] A. G[redacted] to comply with his business delivery promises to his customers, and Mr. G[redacted] is leaving me with no space, patience, tolerance, compassion to whatever his problems are. He doesn't return phone/cell/e-mails, not even as a courtesy; therefore, I need to complain about him and his business and I will follow up with whatever need to be done in order to find him so he can answer questions to us and probably many other customers in New York City, NY.Desired Settlement: Mr. Gustavo E[redacted] A. Girado, owner of Los Andes Shipping is responsible for the delivery of the boxes at the proper destinations as he promised to all his customers. Mr. Gustavo E[redacted] A. Girado is somewhere and probably continuing doing the same to many other customers. It is a shame that Mr. G[redacted] have lost the respect from us and other customers. I truly hope that Revdex.com Business will try to help or guide us somehow. Thank you very much.

Review: 05/**/2013. I sent a box to Argentina. the company charged me $180. the value of the items is $ 5000. I was told that it will take three months to arrive it. I called several times but now no one answer.Desired Settlement: refund and return of all items or value.

Review: We send 5 big bags with clothes, spray paint, books and other things on August [redacted] 2014 and never went to the final address. The service was pay in full the day were this company took the bags.Desired Settlement: $5000
