I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It is unfortunate that the business is providing false information about the events.  I have cell phone incoming and outgoing call logs, as well as, logs from other individuals who also made several attempts to get in touch with the business the day of service for an update.  Additionally, when we did get ahold of them between 2-3 PM they stated again they were on the way and would be there in 30 mins, but never showed, nor have they ever followed up to reschedule.  Not that night, the next day, the next week, or to this date; no response.  I even made an attempt to go to the business the next day to talk to them about why they didn't respond to my voicemail inquiry, nor show, but found the address they list for the business is out of a private home, and I did not feel comfortable going up to the business.  I am sympathetic to their need to reschedule the appointment and the fact they were running late the day of service, however, I find it unacceptable in a service industry to not respond to a customer, to hang up on a customer, and to not show up to scheduled job with no follow-up, then lie about the events when questioned about it. Based on the lack of integrity I experienced with the female business owner, this has likely happened prior, and will happen again.  I'm hopeful that when the Revdex.com investigates any further negative feedback they receive on this business they see a pattern and take appropriate action;  look at how many weeks it took them to respond to the Revdex.com?! We were at the customers home on 12/02/15 and there dryer needed a door switch . We order the part and was told it would be in on 12/07/15. But there was a back order on the part so we did reschedule the appointment because we did not have the needed part. The appointment was scheduled between 8-10...

and the tech was running behind ( during the holiday time we get very busy) and that day 3 other customers who said they had 1 appliance to look at actually had 3 so we were running a bit late. I called to let the customers know he was on his way and did not get an answer ( we always call ahead of time to make sure the customer is ready and is home) so I called again and again no answer. So I told the tech there was no answer and to go to his next call. As far as not being open, we are open from5-5 Monday - Saturday and during the holiday time we have extra hours because of how busy we are. So I'm not sure why you thought we were closed. Our company has been in business for over 40 years and have an excellent rating with the Revdex.com and also have won 4 years in a row and Super Service Award from Angies list. We are very proud of the service we provide. I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with the service I'm not sure why we were not able to get ahold of you when we were on our way.
