Have not been able to reach LAFC despite many calls and e mails concerning refund. 4 tickets for Aug 3 game against Seattle.

I have made many calls and written many e mails. The game cannot be played with live fans.
LAFC seems totally non communicative. Other venues in LA have refunded $ immediately for similar cancellations.
I understand cash flow may be slow, but non communication not acceptable.
I want refunds total ticket price plus any fees I might have paid..
LAFC called immediately. They said there was a League policy not to refund as they were changing the date of game to Oct.
I told them I am close to *** and was not attending until a vaccine.
They called back and refunded the $ via credit card rapidly.

I put a deposit down for season tickets in the amount of *** for two seats. They will not refund due to Covid
I put a deposit down for a pair of season tickets in the amount of *** for two seats. They will not refund due to Covid. I am down to one income instead of two. The said I can use the deposit for the tickets or merchandise but they are not playing any games. Why would I need LAFC merchandise if I am not going to the game. Even if they end up playing next season I will not feel safe with 22K fans wearing masks covering their faces.
I would like a full refund since I have not received any services from this deposit.

Unauthorized debiting of card despite multiple written and spoken directives to not do so. The business was told I was not interested in their product for next season, yet continues to debit my account and refuses to reverse charges. This is despite employees verifying in writing that my account was canceled and I would not be receiving the product.
Refund The company told me in writing that my account was closed and that I would not being receiving next season's product. However, they continue to charge me for next season and refuse to reverse the charges. All charges for the 2019 season (which hasn't started yet) should be reversed.
We communicated directly with the customer and fulfilled the customer's request.
