Los Arboles Tree and Landscapes

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:From the beginning MrA [redacted] stated he would do right by us We just let him know what was not done correctly and he would make it good He has not done this His so called lead man, foreman, Patricio is not even a certified horticulturist, he is not a legal citizen Him and Charles said the back tree, where we want the limb cut, had green and to leave it alone for two monthsWe have and there is no growth on it along with other branches that are dead The tree in front that he butchered will never come back as another horticulturist has told us Patricio has cut too much and MrA [redacted] said "it will come back", "give it time" "They know what they are doing" The tree is now bleeding from all their cutsThey told us the tree will die eventuallyMrA [redacted] said "I will make good on my work" But he never comes himself just sends the foreman While putting in the water system, they killed the flowers under the pine tree, we had a beautiful area of ground coverWe were told they would make it good from digging it upThen in the flower bed by the front window, a whole section of flowers that had come up last year is now dead and once again he said we could go to [redacted] and pick out some flowers to replace the ones that killedThe ground cover and flowers missing are a great expense for us The water from the sprinklers was aimed improperly We have photos to show where we were losing lots of water because it was watering the sidewalk Water is expensive Some of the flowers we have to water by hand because the water does not reach them We asked for a correction We know the flowers had grown, but it should be a drip system so we don't lose water and don't have to waterj After checking with other systems and experts, our water lines should have been buried under the dirt and not visible It is a sloppy job The last time two men came out they were upset because they were having to work after 5:pm and weren't getting paid for it They We believed MrA [redacted] and chose him because he said he always makes his work good and his customers are satisfied so he said We need several things for the amount of money he charged us and for him stating he would make good on his workThis is not "buyers remorse" but buyers regret for choosing a man who does not keep his word or hire knowledgeable men Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

To whom it may concern:I Charles A[redacted] "Los Arboles Trees" did the work for [redacted] who has a bad case of Buyers Remorse.  The job was done properly as every client we have done and with no complaints. Mr. [redacted] needs patience and to quit talking to the neighbors.We were called...

back 3x to remove a branch off of a tree. I told him before finishing it had to be removed he said no it would grow. 3 day's after finishing he called me back 3x and every time he would refuse to cut  it.  I told him if we have to return again he would be charged. So he called about his planter raised 1 ft 5 x 15 as the plants grew, he complained about water landing on the concrete.  Water was hitting plants and bouncing off of plants and landing on concrete.  He has nothing to complain about.
