We are so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your visit at Los Cabos II restaurant, and on top of that hearing you got sickWe understand that you would like a resolution towards your bad experience here
Unfortunately, your desired resolution of a $refund and an additional $for your harm will not be grantedPlease let us explain:
The week you and your friend came in to eat our side of the block had a cable problem, causing our phone lines to stop workingWhich we were dealing with CenturyLink to get the problem fixed right awayThe problem presisted for three days, and we had to come up with a solution that will help our business stay openThat was borrowing our neighbor *** *** Lot credit card machine, and having them reimburse us for the restaurant chargesThis was an agreement that was made with the restaurant and the parking lot during the phone line outageOn top of that we made sure our employees were aware and letting customers know exactly what is going on when they are leaving outside with customers credit cardsSo, you were informed before our employee took your card and charged itYou also signed your signature as an agreement to pay for the amount that you were chargedTherefore, this was not a scam
Regarding to your illness that you have contacted while eating at our restaurantYou are the very first consumer that we have heard of getting sick after visiting our restaurantWe are deeply sorry that it happened to youTo let you know, we take pride in our restaurant making sure everything is to health code guidelinesWe hope you had a quick recovery

The explanation of using a different business credit card system to process charges in your business' name sounds much more like a scam than a real situationWhich business would lend you their credit card system to process your business' charges? What a coincidence that the Parking business has a Spanish name, "Ruiz Parking." My theory is that your business called "Los Cabos" is laundering money through the Parking business next doorThat is a way to deviate taxes from government and trick customers with a bogus placePlease, do not give me lame excuses
Regarding the food, not only the place was unsanitary and dirty, but also the food was in rotten conditionMy friend and I got sick, and that was a factI doubt that other customers have never complained
I still request an alleviation in monetary terms of $to cover the expenses and bad moment with our sickness as a result of eating at your restaurant

We understand that you are upset about the whole situationOnce again, we will not grant you your desire solution
Our restaurant has been in business for years and the incident of the power cable that went out to cause a phone line outage was the very first experience for usThe phone line is a source to function our credit card machineAgain, the day you and your friend came in, the cable problem was unfix-able by *** at the timeThis caused us to seek a different solution to help our credit card consumersIf you would like a statement from *** we can certainly request it for youIf you also like statements from our restaurant neighbors who also went through this experience, we can request those as well
As to our restaurant, it may not look the nicest, but we pride in keeping it clean and assuring that everything is sanitizedOur restaurant will not be open if it wasn't certified and inspected twice or more yearly by the state health departmentThis also include our food being inspectedSo, we can't give you what you ask for in return of you getting sickThe situation of getting sick off of food can be caused before or after visiting our restaurantNobody can really pinpoint where food poisoning came fromIt take up to a hours or a day to see any symptoms, therefore anything that has been consume during those hours have to be accounted for as well
There will be no solution for your bad experience at our restaurantWe have our daily clients who dine at this restaurant and a good reputation, so we politely ask you not to slander our restaurant on your accusation of how we run our businessThe word choice you are emphasizing, such as "laundering money" and "scam" are and hurtful to our businessWhat you emphasize on our family owned restaurant is not condone hereWe run a clean and honest businessIf the slandering of our business continue we will take action
Again, we are sorry for your bad experience at our restaurantThere will be no other explanation nor other solution for us to give you
