Los Dorados Cargo

I sent a box to Colombia using this company and they told me that the box will be delivered in 8 to 10 days. It has been already more than 18 days and the box has not been delivered yet. I declared everything that I was sending and the charged me $120 for that and after 18 days they told me that I need to pay $65 more because I did not declare everything. I went to the office in Jackson Heights and I spoke with one of the representatives and she told me "My coworker did not write the items that you were sending to Colombia" I told her that was not my problem and she told me if you don't pay they won't deliver the box. I paid the $65 and I ask when the box will be delivered and she told me that she is not sure, she said maybe next week because the city where you are sending the package is the last in the list. They are given wrong information to customers to steal their money. I made a big mistake sending the package with Los Dorados Cargo. They are very irresponsible and are abusing of the customers. I used before SERVIENTREGA and the service was excellent, but I did not use because was far from my home. I will NEVER use Los Dorados Cargos again. Please do not use this company. The box is still in the air, hopefully they will receive it by Christmas (sent on May 6, 2019) and I hope they do not ask me for more money to deliver the box. STAY AWAY FROM LOS DORADA CARGO

Review: On June **, 2013 I went to Los Dorados Cargo at Elizabetrh NJ I spoke with [redacted] office and I paid for delivery a package to Venezuela. The web site offers a delivery between 5 or 8 business days. I paid for a regular delivery, but today August [redacted] my package hasn't been delivered. Now nobody answer the phone. I called to the main office in NY and they said they will call me back, but they never call me back. My recive # [redacted] Now I want my packege back and my money back Today August [redacted] I called to the main office in Corona, New York again and they explain that they have problem in Venezuela. They said agai that they will call me back. They said my packege still in Miami and I told them I want my money and box back. I paid for a 8 business days delivery nd almost 2 months later they hasn't delivery my packageDesired Settlement: I want my money and package back. I want they pay me for breach of contract

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], they have returned the package to me and today they told me that I can go to their office in Elizabeth NJ to get my money back. I think this problem is almost solved. Thanks
