I recently made three purchases with the company Los Elephants, Inc. Two of the items purchased were given as gifts. The remaining item was for me. Each item was delivered (Illinois and Michigan) from Georgia in excellent condition in a timely manner. All of the recipients were pleased.
I originally placed an order that was out of stock. within just a few days I had an email telling me that I could place another order in the same category and my original order will be shipped later on when it's in stock free of charge. I'm still waiting on my free order but I made another order and was delivered within the week. Overall they did a great job letting me know what was going on and the only thing I can think of to improve would be to have online stating when things are out of stock. And I hope I still get my free elephant.
