We had a cross city move with Los Flores in which our $King sized bed headboard was severely damaged tot eh point of not being repairable The lead mover apologized profusely for his negligent handling of the headboard while disassembling the bed and admitted it was his mistakeDespite pictures and even the lead mover agreeing that it was severely damaged beyond, this company has refused to compensate the damage They don't answer or return phone calls or emailsThey appear to be trying to dodge responsibility for their negligent handling of the furniture and the only response has been a weak attempt to send a "repair" guy who is a relative of the ownerAvoid their services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint What time frame should I expect to get my sofa replaced and how exactly considering this incident happened since August 15, This is apparently a bad business practice deliberately being practiced by Los F* Movers.
This business should be sanctionedThis has to stopThe public shouldnt be taken advantage of for patronizing a business.
I find it difficult to accept an endless wait for an alleged claim filled with an insurance company

We had a cross city move with Los Flores in which our $1000 King sized bed headboard was severely damaged tot eh point of not being repairable. The lead mover apologized profusely for his negligent handling of the headboard while disassembling the bed and admitted it was his mistake.
Despite pictures and even the lead mover agreeing that it was severely damaged beyond, this company has refused to compensate the damage. They don't answer or return phone calls or emails.
They appear to be trying to dodge responsibility for their negligent handling of the furniture and the only response has been a weak attempt to send a "repair" guy who is a relative of the owner.
Avoid their services.

we appologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.  We have contacted [redacted] to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and repair your ice maker on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 between the hours of 8am - 12pm.
To simplify the situation...

for everyone involved in this matter we have purchased a S[redacted] with [redacted] that will cover up to $500.00 in parts and repairs for your refrigerator for the next 12 months.  We hope you will find our  resolution to be adequate and appropriate to take care of your damage in a timely and professional manner.
