After reading this customers, complaint and reviewing my cameras, I see that the customer is not telling the whole truth. And it saddens me that they are saying lies to ruin my business. Putting this complaint to Revdex.com hurts MY business; not the employee.  This employee has been talked to, and I will do my best so this will not happen again in the future.  First- my employee was NOT "shredding meat with her bare hands" like the customer says. She wasn't even touching meat. I don't like the fact that this customer is making this up to hurt my business. This is not how my business runs. Second- This employee was on the phone, but NOT a cell phone, like customer is stating. The employee was answering a call from a customer. And the camera clearly shows how this customer came bargaining in, and was demanding. I do, apologize for  my employees not giving you your food correctly. I also apologize for the inconvenience of  the customer having to come back because her order was done incorrectly. Like a business owner that I am, I am also a customer, and I know the feeling when you don't get your food done correctly. That is why, I am refunding you the total amount of money that you spent plus the $2.00 tip you said you gave them. Once again,  I DO apologize for all of this. This employee has been talked to, and I will do my best so this will not happen again in the future.   Please let me know, where to send the refund to the customer, Thank you.

Review: Order thru drive in on june 7,2014 around 7pm order two burritos and one combo plate . Got home there was only one burrito husband went back told them the lady said I only charge you for one burrito . My husband said I order two . You read back to me exactly what I order 1 carne asada burrito 1 carne asada plate combo and one pollo asada burrito no guacamole . My husband said so where is my other one she said I only charge you for one so my husband said im not coming back here he gets home the pollo asada had guacamole and we said no guacamole so I took it back. I SAID THREE TIMES HELLO HELLO HELLO I LOOK BACK THERE THE LADY WAS ON HER CELL PHONE TALKING WHILE SHREDDING MEAT WITH HER BARE HANDS WHILE ON THE PHONE. I WAS STILL STANDING THERE SHE GOES TO PUT THE MEAT ON THE COUNTER WHILE ON HER PHONE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AND THE COOK WAS NOT INSIGHT I EXPLAIN TO HER ABOUT THE BURRITO HAD GUACAMOLE AND MY HUSBAND SAID NO GUACAMOLE SHE THROWS ME A DIRTY LOOK LOOKS AT THE BURRITOS I SAID I WANT ANOTHER ONE OR MY MONEY BACK . SHE THROWS THE MONEY AT ME I TOLD HER MY HUSBAND IS VERY UPSET HES CALLING THE Revdex.com AND INS AND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SHE TELLS ME WHATEVER I TOLD HER WHILE YOUR WORKING YOU SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR PHONE.THE COOK IS NO WHERE INSIGHT SHE HIDING SHREDDING MEAT WITH HER BARE HANDS WHILE ON HER CELL and also over charged us for a burrito and combo plate.Desired Settlement: I want are 2.00 tip we gave and are the money that they over charged us in the amount of 5.00 and the worker is a health hazzard because she did not where glove .and cross contamination meat and her cell phone
