Mr*** did bring his machine back to our service department after his purchase complaining of what he perceived as an abnoiseOur service department did inspect the machine and was
able to detect the noise the customer was talking aboutThe service department then checked the front drive shaft for abwear and/or movement, including excessive slack in the drive lineNone was foundWe then compared it to a new model, and found that the dealerships in stock unit exhibited the same characteristics as Mr***s machineAfter that, our service department did contact technical support at *** for additional support*** responded with a list of numerous checks for us to perform to see if all components were within factory specificationOur service department completed the checks and no discrepancies or abnormalities were found*** said if everything was within specification, then the sounds being heard were for that machineThey did make note in their system with regards to Mr***s machine, noting his concerns, so they would be able to make special considerations in the future if any problem were to occur regarding this issueAt this time Mr***s machine is ready for pickup, at no charge to himWe would like for him to continue to operate the machine normally and stay in contact with us regarding his machine, in order for us to monitor any changes that may or may not occurWe believe this issue to be resolved, with no defect having been foundOur consultation with *** furthers our belief that his machine is operating normally at this time
