Review: LOS NORTENO has lost my business I had just got my food and I had only taken 3 bites of it when I noticed a hair in it. I called someone over there as soon as I saw it. When the guy got to my table I showed him the hair he saw it took my plate and then the manager came out with my plate put it down in front of me and said show me the hair I looked at the plate and the hair was then gone?? and everyone at my table had saw it. He said he nor the other guy saw it but then why did he take my plate? Do I look stupid? and why would he take my plate if he didnt see it. I know they pulled it out before they brought it back and if the guy didnt see it he should of left the plate and went and got the manager so I could show him well he told me that since he didnt see the hair that I had to still pay for it so he basically was calling me a liar right? and it would of been different if I would of ate most of it but since I had only taken like 3 bites I didnt think that was right to make me pay... that is bad customer service and I will never go back there.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my oder that I should of had to pay for
