I would like to warn ALL potential customers about this businessI just took my Tahoe there and an employee damaged the automatic controller that moves my driver seatI brought it to the attention of the manager who was extremely rude and would do nothing about itI then spoke to the owner MrThomas Y*** *** who was equally rudeHe also told me that he would not repair the damageI then brought the y*** man over that vacuumed my car and who moved my seat back in the first placeHe verified that the controller was completely operable when he vacuumed my car just before it went through the car washHe also stated that it was not broken when vacuumed my carIt is so sad that this business owner never offered to pay for the repair caused by the damageThis is a very unethical business man and I will never give him another dollar of my hard earned money!!

I took my car to get washed on Sunday 1/I noticed that trash was left in the trunk of my car after it had gone through the washI walked over to get the trash out of the trunk and noticed that it wasn't adequately vacuumedThere were lumps of dog hair still visibleI asked them if they could re-vacuum the carOne of the workers drove my car around back to where the vacuums wereAfter several minutes I went to check to see if my car was doneI found a different worker in the car forcibly tugging at the shift gearHe told me that the gear was stuckI told him that he just simply needed to step on the brake fully to engage the sensor to release the gearI attempted to move the shift gear, however it was in fact locked into the Park positionI asked for the manger*** (the manger) came over and he tried to shift the gear out of park and was not successfulI specifically asked him and his workers "was the shift gear forcibly pushed into gear?"
