type of scam.  When I emailed "[redacted]" back to figure out what was going on we figured out that his move was booked under his brothers name "[redacted]"  We did do a full pack and move for [redacted] and took responsibility for the damage due to it not being packed correctly.    [redacted] was sent a replacement clock.  If you have any questions please let me know.
