required and obtain $3500 from the customer for the down payment. On May 26th, 2015 four days after the warranty on vehicle had expired, the customer brought the vehicle to get repaired. And as we strive to greatly serve our customers and therefore not being our responsibility. We still decided to help her fix the vehicle after warranty had already expired. At that moment the brakes were replaced, the rotors were resurfaced, and we also replaced the alarm control; everything at no charge. After that being done our customer returned on June 1st, 2015 stating another unfortunate complication on the vehicle. We once again devoted to repair it at no cost. This time the Duralast Alternation was replaced. Then months after on November the customer returned again stating the computer on the vehicle was bad. We seeing an unsatisfied customer decided to help again. The amount assume for the repairs was $900 and as it being that high we asked for her this time to put $200 and we would pay the rest. During the time the repairs were done, we lend her a vehicle from our lot at no cost. The repairs were done at AA Maintenance Auto Repair Inc. Where they replaced the computer and alternator harne; also gas was pumped into the vehicle. This all cost $500. We then contact and notified the customer once the vehicle was ready and at our location. Once she arrived we asked for the $200 dollars; amount we agreed on. She then refused to give the amount. We ended up paying the whole amount ourselves. Then we required her to pay the past amount due on the payment for the 2007 Saturn Vue and to provide proof of Insurance since the insurance given was never instated and gave false insurance binder, forasmuch as in any act committed with the intent to obtain a fraudulent outcome from insurance process is insurance fraud. She did not provide the payment or the proof of insurance, she then abandoned the vehicle.
