I am rejecting this response because: I received a coll from this business this morning July 17,at 10:a.m. I was unable to answer because I was at work. I returned the call and left voice mail message. If the business owner disagree, why was I being contacted. As I stated in my complaint, there was Not a problem with my keys upon my arrival. If the guy didnt take the key out, how did he approach me with broken key pad? This is Very Unprofessinonl of a business, which as I stated, I never had an issue with until now. This business could have easily sovle this problem, by just reinbursting me. Now Im willing to make it know to the public my experience with this business. Please believe word of mouth can hurt a Business
