we are not in charge of how the insurance company handles there claims usaa has taken a new route of not having outside adjustersthey wrote a estimate we could not work withafter much head ache on usaa part and nemorious requests on our end finally the adjuster actually came out to the location

vehicle was located, because of the way the owner treated the shop owner. We have been more than cooperative with the owner of the vehicle and continuously she curses and makes the employees and customers at our facility feel belittled and unwelcome.

The car is no longer in the body shop for repair due to the fact that a supplement that took over 4 weeks to get approved totaled the vehicle. While in the body shop for repairs there is no storage on a vehicle. The reason the vehicle sat for 2 weeks is due to the fact that [redacted] no longer sends out...

adjusters, instead they expect the shops to do the estimate, which is perfectly fine. The problem within lies with the insurance, because the shop cannot start the repairs until the submitted estimate is approved. There was a supplement waiting to be approved on this vehicle which kept getting overlooked or whatever the reason was for the insurance not responding to our shop, this was conveyed to the owner of the vehicle multiple times on the phone. The insurance companies will always pawn the negativity off on the shop if possible. To answer the police showing up, the owner of the shop called the police to the shop because he was having a civil conversation with the father of the owner and then she arrived not wanting to listen, shouting and causing a problem. So when there was no way to calm her down the police were called to remove her from the property. We do not and never will or have held a customer’s vehicle once the repairs are completed and compensation is received; but we will never allow a customer to leave in a vehicle that is not fixed or unsafe for the road.
