In August 2017 I purchased a complete air ride system from airbagit .com in Mesa Arizona. I ended up having various heart issues and was unable to install the equipment until may 2018. The vehicle it was installed on was not drivable and therefore the air ride system was not used much at all. As the build came closer to completion, a test was performed on the air ride system. One of the compressors failed, two weeks after being installed. The second compressor failed almost two weeks after that. Air bag it offered to sale me replacements at a reduced price, which I was very grateful for. Then after chasing down air leaks in the system, it was determined the air management manifold was letting all the airbags leak down. I called airbagit and again was offered a new style of manifold since they no longer sold my style. These items are the heart and soul of an air ride system and something is very suspect if the main components fail within a month of install. The items were on a vehicle

I order the same part different times and each time they sent me the part it was the wrong product.They refusing to compensate for there mistakes on charges that have acquired during this time.There website say 100% satisfaction and they are not standing by that.It have cause me with out a vehicle for four days and still wait for the part to arrive.Im have to scramble around for a ride to work and plus me having to give that person gas money.Inwould never uses this company again

I purchased a air bag kit product code:FBS-COILS-COILS they gave me hours to make sure I recieved everything I paid for but they do not include any srt of list, invoice, scratch paper or picture of all that is includedso I emailed them right awaydays later I recieve a reply from a jimmer that says "heres a picture of everything that comes with kit"clearly the picture either doesnt included everything like he said or I am missing a lot of partseither way the hoiur period to let them know im missing parts had expired before I even recieved a replyi still yet to recieve an itemized list of what was included plus I dont know what each individual piece is called so I asked for a list with the names, quanities, and pictures that way I can make sureagain all I got from jimmer was a picture I also requested some instructions on how to install specific kit and once again he directs me to website that has just basic instructionsnothing specific to my kit or vehicles so

It is amazing complaint can be dismissed with no correction to Airbagit kit sold which was to per advertising "100% bolt on kit"This statement is false, the only follow up received from salesperson Yuri and Joe M*** is the kit is "100% bolt on" and the issues incurred installing their kit on my vehicle has not been an issue in the past
I have written Airbagit and called with no resolve
Vehicle is unsafe to operate due to a very abrupt shimming after hitting bumps in pavementIt is looking like the kit will need to be removed from the front axle due to kit is unsafe to operate with Airbagit kit installed
The person responding to my previous complaint, *** has not made any attempts to contact me to resolve

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKETHEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS NUMEROUS TIMES, AND NEVER EVEN START JOBS THAT THEY PROMISE TO COMPLETETHEY MISLEAD CUSTOMERS, TELLING THEY WILL COMPLETE JOBS AND ARE MAKING PROGRESS, ONLY FOR A LATER EMPLOYEE TO TELL US THAT THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED THE JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED IN DAYS, DAYS LATERTHEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMER TIME FRAME, OR ACCURATE INFORMATION REGARDING A CUSTOMERS ORDER

Purchased a suppose to be a complete bolt on lift kit from Airbag it for $ for customer truckAfter waiting a month for the kit when we received it parts were missing went back and forth with company and said if we paided another $we could have the missing parts in day to usWe said go aheadafter that looking at the parts contacted them again and they told us they sent us the wrong kit So we know things like this can happen so we gave them change to make it right sent us another kit the said we guarantee this timeRecieved kit keep guy overtime tring to make our customer happy to find out this kit is also wrongCalled them and told them that this kit is wrong( very rude) and said we would like a creditThey told us we must pay to return all the parts to be able to get a credit We ordered the corrects parts and it is not our fought in anyway that they sent us the wrong partsWe already sent a extra bucks to have parts they didn't sendNow they wont gi

I pretty sure the neagitive feedback is from people who do not understand air suspensionThat or so many try to get something for freeThe sales reps at airbagit are kind and helpfulThey are there to help whatever way they can always making it right YuriJoyJasonAre so knowledgable thank you!
I advise to the cutomers that want to spread gossip and turn people away from great products and knowledge to rethink what you write and take accountability for perhaps you not knowing what the heck air suspension is
Sincerly a person who appreciates good company with great ethics and productsI give props to the president of the company as a business owner myself

This company (AIRBAGIT.COM) has an ad on Craigslist selling shipping containers I went to their place of business *** * Hibbert ***, AZ and talked with the owner I agreed to buy 40' containers from them @ $each, I left a $deposit, he showed me the containers that I would be receiving, my son and I had to climb into the containers to see the inside and we agreed that I would come back the following week to pay the containers in full I came back a week later, paid them in full and they told me that they would have my containers pulled within the next days for my driver to pick them up That DID NOT HAPPEN! days after I paid them in full they took container out, my driver immediately came to pick it up(IT WAS NOT ONE OF THE ORIGINAL CONTAINERS THAT I WAS SHOWN I WAS GETTING, BUT IT WAS OK) I went into their office and requested that the second container be taken out...owner was extremely rude and told me he wouldn't move the second container until the first one was "fu--ing" picked up (OBVIOUSLY HE DID NOT LOOK OUTSIDE AS THE 1ST ONE WAS GONE!) I told him it was gone and he said with a WINK that the second one would be out by noon THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I went back at pm and the 2nd container was still not out, this time they told me it would be out in minutes I waited...after waiting minutes they told me that their machine that pulls out the containers got a flat tire (HOW CONVENIENT AND WHY DID THEY NOT CALL ME) said they had to order a tireMy wife called the next day and *** told her to call him back by pm because the tire was supposed to arrive that day The following day someone from their facility called me and said my container was available for pick up and to call my driver and have him pick it up I told him that you can't just order someone to do something when they have other schedules I contacted my driver and he said he would get to it ASAP which was pm My driver was skeptical because he has had problems with this company in the past and he wanted me to drive over there to make sure the container was out When I went there they told me my container was ready, they didn't want to pull it out until the driver got there and I told them my driver didn't want to come until the container was out because of his past with them and their bad business practices I received the 2nd container, it too was NOT the same one that I was shown that I would receive, this one had holes in the roof and, it was even full of air ducting Today I went to talk to the owner to ask him to PLEASE take his stuff that was in the second container out He stated he wanted it back but he had no way to pick it up I told him I was willing to bring it back and I was willing to pay someone to help me but he needed to pay for a truck to bring it back and he told me NO! HE DID NOT WANT TO COMPROMISE The cops were called, I have police report and I will update as the matter ensues If I could leave stars I definitely would BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY

The $custom control arms I ordered from airbagit.com for my 97’ F4x don't fit What's a little unusual here is that I ordered & received them about 7yrs ago but actually lost my job about the same time they arrived Divorce & a few other setbacks kept me from getting the rest of the parts needed to install the upgraded suspension until recently when I discovered this problemI wasn't sent what I ordered & paid them for? I never expected it to be this way but it happened!? Obviously I can't just eat $so I called the company on FriSept14, & first spoke to Jason explaining the parts were never installed, are still new, wrapped in their plastic & sent pics showing condition & how far off the mounts wereHe confirmed my past order paid & delivered thru their records but said he'd have to run it by management & let me know if they'll still replace this error after that long? Told him any help is appreciated & hope to hear
