I provided services for the above referenced customer on 12/13/by installing a tankless water heaterThey were instructed to purchase to water heater in question on their own at MenardsAfter installation was completed, I advised the customer they needed to hire a professional licensed electrician to properly wire the water heaterThey stated they would leave the unit plugged in with the extension cord and have their unlicensed relative complete the work On 12/14/the complainant called to state the unit was not working properlyI reiterated that I had provided the services for which I was hired and they needed to have a licensed professional wire the unit properly up to codeThey chose to go against my professional opinion regarding the wiring of the unit I am asking for this claim to be denied as I feel the customer was negligent and irresponsible as a homeownerThey were told to hire a professional and common sense should have alluded to not leaving a major appliance hooked up to a faulty power supplyI have many referrals of prior customers who will testify to the professionalism and high standard of my workI have been established in the area for many years now and have not had one single issuePlease advise on what future actions are needed Thank you, Vernon [redacted] Lost Lake Plumbing LLC ###-###-####
