Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There are several circumstances that are NOT being considered in this complaintI never stated I would accept them to redo the job first offI do not live in bastropThis facility is minutes from my house and I had only gone there because I had visited someone in bastrop thatorning and it was on the way to bastropI explained to [redacted] on the phone the day of the incident that I would not be able to bring the car by in a timely fashion because it is so far out of the way which is why I supplied them with time and date stamped photos of the serviceI am requesting a full refund because I more than likely will not be able to get there again when they are openIt is not convent for me at all and would cost me quite a bit in gas just to get thereWhile I understand their position regarding leaving the facility I have explained to them several times (including when I called that day) that I was in a rush to pick my mother up from the airport that as minutes awayThe car in question was only months old to meIt is very easy to damage the cup holder in question because it it in fact a part of the center console that was washed outAs far as them denying that they do not clean those areas I was in fact told that they did for the right priceThe portion of the holder that is dages is on the cover of the cup holder which closesConsidering that I provided pictures with a dated and timed recipes that shows I paid for my was at approx 9:35am and have pictures at 10:04am I assumed that this place would make a special consideration seeing as I was calling them right awayI would have loved to stay and show them but seeing as how they are handling it now I'm confident they would have denied the damage then tooThere are several poor reviews in both Facebook and yelp regarding such issues and issues of poor serviceI have provided pictures of the receipt and condition my car was left in as well as the cup holder in questionAs you can see the cup holder is closed and is part of the center console they stated they would clean and did notI have several other pictures regarding this poor service, but am limited to how many I can post here Regards, [redacted]

we are very aware of the situation and initially the individual said she would come back in and let us redo the service, after two weeks she called back and said she didn't have time to come back and wanted a full refund We talked to her again on the 28th and explained that we would be more
than happy to redo the entire service for her at her convenience, and unfortunately all we do is a gentle wipe down on the dash and doors and really do not mess with cup holders nor is there any way for us to damage them We cannot guarantee that it wasn't already damaged prior to arrival, and she never brought it in for us to look at and left the property If I had been at an establishment and I even suspected they had damaged my vehicle, I certainly wouldn't have left Therefore we will not be responsible for any prior damages Our offer still remains for the individual to return prior to February 14th and ask for *** or *** and let us redo the service to her satisfactionThat is all we are willing to do, We really want to show her we do quality work and want to earn her business back We are a reputable christian owned company and integrity is a priority with us sincerely,*** *** * ***

I will be more than happy to refund this individual for her services rendered, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to make her satisfied, not only in regards to this service, but probably in life She has gone out publicly and slandered my company anywhere keyboard terrorist will get an audience to listen, and has acted very unprofessional in regards to this matter First of all, no company anywhere repairs things site unseen Just because you take a picture of something and never return to the business to give them the opportunity to at least investigate, is completely ridiculous!!!! You don't get something fixed then try and demand a company reimburse you, when we are not even certain it was ever damaged here Secondly, we are more than willing to accommodate this individual in completely redoing the entire service once again only after she has left and weeks have gone by and many rain storms have come since Dec We are willing to go above and beyond for her with doing this, however she has posted bad things about my company everywhere, which is completely immature and signs of a poor desperate person trying to get support from other poor desperate souls who are missing something in their life, like Jesus! Thirdly, I have been in business for more than years and have never had an issue with a damaged cup holder, we advised the lady she bought a used car, and all she states is it is new to her, well that is true, however you have no idea if the previous owner did something unethical like use glue, bubblegum, duct tape, etcto try and fix something I'm not suggesting anything, but seriously lets be adults here and look at things in a new perspective Therefore, as soon as she removes all her hate and slanderous remarks from every place that she spewed them, I will send her a refund for the services rendered only Fixing something that we know we didn't damage is not going to happen, and this is probably just the beginning of things she will have to fix on her vehicle its called car ownership and you have to fix things that might break on your vehicle and quit trying to blame everyone else when it does I truly dislike having to take a stance like this, however this individual has left me with no other choice People who know my family and my business, know we are willing to make everyone happy Unfortunately, it is human to error, however when we do, we make it right! That is what you get when you come to our business, is an owner who is God Fearing, integratable, and will do the right thing It is sad however, that people don't pay better attention to their vehicles and see things like door dings, broken cup holders, or whatever because of their busy lifestyles and then want to think it was done at a car wash

I am rejecting this response because:You are highly insulting. You insinuate that I must be some dumb girl who doesn't take care of her carand doesn't know how to care for or purchase a vehicle. I was very thorough during the sale of this vehicle and that is why I was able to notice the damage immediately. You are accusing me of slander, which you are confusing with libel, which is not the case. You are accusing me of lying or misrepresenting the facts in this situation which I have not. While you may not like the reviews with which I placed on social media the statements I made were 100% true. I am highly insulted that you would accuse me of lying. You state in your response that you will refund me my money if I remove my reviews from these site in which I refuse to do. I am not going to take down my review simply because you do not agree with it. Whether you like it or not those are the facts regarding my experience with your company. While I appreciate your offer of reimbursement for service you have made me out to be a vicious unprofessional person which I am not. I was patient and understanding. You can preach what you want about your business but I am not the only one who has been dissatisfied with the services you provided. Therefore I refuse this offer under your terms because I am not willing to remove my truthful reviews.
