We did everything we were supposed toWe found the car, got a USAA loan & did a test driveWe decided to purchase the vehicle, brought all the paperwork and Tru Car price certificateWe presented Everything to the salesmanWe were happy so farBut then the 'typical sales pitch' beganThe salesman brought back a form that required our SS# & signaturesI said it appeared to be a loan app & wasn't interestedHe said it was called a 'liner' and everyone was supposed to fill it outThen he returned with a dealer sales form and added $to the price! I told him that we were there for the Tru Car price and the whole point for: using USAA Car buying service, securing a loan ahead of time and bringing the savings certificate was to not have additional charges and have to haggle to get the Tru Car price! He argued w/ us about itAfter a lengthy return & after I ripped up the 'liner', which USAA told me by phone, WAS a loan app, they gave us the Tru Car priceWe were there a very long timeHoursAnd they said there were no spare keys(A $value) A week later they 'found' themUgh

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:

[redacted]        Toyota charged and received 699 dollars for tint they said they installed and after looking at the tint you could tell it was old that was installed at ford motor co and if on bottom you can see the ford    motor co logo stamp   this was shown to a man named [redacted] that worked there and he took pictures     and from I hear I am not the first one

Our response for Mr.  [redacted] is:We are very sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] car was delivered to him without the tint being completed.  This happens occasionally if a customer takes delivery of the car late in the day; however, the customers normally arrange to come back to the dealership to have the promised work done at a later date.  We have no record of Mr. [redacted] returning to the dealership or making contact to let us know that the tint had not been completed.  We would have done the tint immediately. We will be glad to refund the price of the tint to his bank or apply the tint per our agreement if he would like to bring the car back to the dealership.

I will be contacting [redacted] to resolve the issue.

We are refunding the full amount to the client.
