Review: I ordered a sweatshirt online for my son on 8/5 using [redacted]. The money was deducted from [redacted] and showed "received" by Lost Society on 8/5. I got an email from Lost Society on 8/5 thanking me for the order and as receipt confirmation for the order - showing the correct mailing address. On 8/6 we received an email from the owner, Wayne, asking us to contact him if we have any feedback on this first purchase. I sent an email inquiry on 8/18 indicating we had not received the merchandise and to please let us know what was the ETA of the sweatshirt. No response. I sent another email inquiry on 8/26 referencing the last time I tried to contact as well as the paid/receipt of $ dates and again asking for an update. No response to date. This morning, 9/1/2015, I called the number listed on their website but could not reach a person. I left a VM. I would like to either have the sweatshirt sent to me as promised in good faith, or have the company refund my money (sweatshirt plus shipping charges charged).Desired Settlement: If they can't/won't mail the sweatshirt ordered as promised, then I would like a full refund.

Review: My son ordered a Medium sweatshirt on-line with Lost Society. They sent him a Small. I have e-mailed, called and submitted a request via their website for this to be resolved. The order was placed on January 25 - received on March 25. I submitted by first request for a refund on March 28. I have not received any kind of communication from Lost Society. Not only is it too late in the season to wear this sweatshirt, it's completely the wrong size.I have proof of purchase that the correct size was ordered - and the wrong size was sent. I am requesting a refund.Thank you for any assistance you can give us in getting this company to take care of their mistake.Wendi SeilerDesired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of the original purchase of the sweatshirt - $45.00

Review: This business is falsely advertising on their own website. I invited 20 or so of my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday at their restaurant for happy hour ON 6/4/14. THEIR website STILL currently states that happy hour is from Tues - Fri with $4 beers, $5 wines, and $7 speciality cocktails in one area and 50% off all cocktails (except speciality) 5:30-7:30p Tues - Thurs. The bartendar told me that Wednesday happy hour only consists of $5 house wines. I explained to her that I obtained different information from THEIR website and she proceeded to bring over a manager named [redacted](sp?). She asks me to view the advertisement via my cell phone which I promptly pull up. She walks away with my phone for approx 2-3 minutes then returns and states that the website is under construction and I am not viewing the mobile site. I advised her that I was indeed viewing the FULL site via my mobile phone. She indicated she would need to verify and walks away assumingly to verify the info was contained on THEIR full site. She returns and states that the website is under construction and she will not honor the advertisement visible on THEIR website. I explained that her position was unprofessional but she would not budge at one point referring to me as "darling". I immediately requested the names and contact information for the general manager and owner. She repeatedly stalled stating she was not sure of the correct spelling of the names, did not know if she had the numbers and/or business cards for the individuals. At one point, she instructed a server to provide me with the information. I repeatedly requested the information as she stalled for approximately 15 minutes in total. At this point, I demanded the info and she states she just spoke to the owner and would get him on the phone to speak to me. I replied that if he was not going to honor the deal posted on THEIR website there is no need for us to have conversation. It's a bait&switch scam & the info is still present on THEIR full site.Desired Settlement: I want a personal direct contact from the owner that includes an apology for ruining my birthday AND an explaination as to why the manager (**) refused to honor the information contained on their own website. It was extremely unprofessional and more importantly, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
