Lost Tomes/ RPGCrate

For the last year I have been subscribed to this product RPGCrate which is supposed to come monthly The last several months on the other hand that hasn't really been the case I have been charged for each month's crate and have received the product several weeks late In fact it is now April 2nd and I have not received the my crate from the month of March yet I almost didn't receive my crate from the month of February until almost the end of the month as well I have placed several complaints via email with the owner and pretty much receive a "pat on the head" I feel like my complaints are not being received seriously
My major probelm is I pay for this crate and I expect it to appear within a timely manner and at the same time each month and that is not happening
