I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Upon them attempting to finally return a phone call they failed to leave me a voicemail, so I immediately called them back to once again not get anyone at customer service and have to leave a message. My only concern is they provided the refund only because of the Revdex.com's involvement in the matter. I feel for the individuals who didn't reach out to the Revdex.com because they will never receive a phone call or any customer service from this company. If they are a member of the Revdex.com I would suggest dropping them. They have no customer service and make no attempt to resolve issues unless you contact the Revdex.com and that should not be the case.
