We stand by our service and our companyWe provided a FREE service, that we pay for, faxing is not free and maintaining servers to send these free emails are not freeLet me repeat that again, we provide a free service and spent money to send out these free faxes and emails, how are we preying on people when we provided the service for free? The customer needs to contact the pet businesses again, once we fax and email the flyers we have no control over how they are dispersed or who sees them within the businessWe also advertised that we would send total emails and faxes and we went above and beyond this and sent emails and faxes for a total of pet businesses we reachedI received a fax confirmation receipt for all fax recipients within her accountWe do not get email confirmation receipts, but we have one of the most accurate up to date databasesThis information is proprietary and we do not disclose our private database information with usersWe're sorry this lost pet owner was not happy with our free service and we ask that she continue searching and using other free services available through the internet and within her community

We did all the work the customer paid for and sent out a human recorded lost pet message to neighbors in the surrounding areaIn regards to her complaint about the alerts to shelters and vets, we also sent those outThat is a FREE service that we do not charge for and although we do our best to reach the shelters and vets via email and fax, we don't have any control over their actions once they receive the lost pet alertAnimal Care & Control did receive an email from us about the her lost dog CHULASo her main complaint is about a FREE service, which is provided as a complimentary ato further help in the reuniting of lost pets

We do offer both free and paid services, the customer signed up for our paid services in addition to our free services. This is not something easy to do by accident, and any charges and/or services purchased are shown very clearly at checkout. Upon the completed purchase, we provided all the...

services requested including sending a human recorded lost pet message to the surrounding area. We fulfilled our service obligations, thus no refund is due. We've been providing these services for over 10 years so we vehemently deny her allegations of fraud as we have an excellent recovery rate and are very well respected with the lost pet community including with shelters, vets, animal hospital and government agencies.

[They did nothing to help find my dog not even my neighbor received a call, so I doubt very much that they sent it to people in a 250 mile radius was contacted if the people on the right and left of me did not receive. I am not the only one they have done this to. look it up! they are crooks! I want my money back. I did not even use their fliers. so what services did they actually provide?

We did all the work the customer paid for and sent out a human recorded lost pet message to 250 neighbors in the surrounding area. to reach the shelters and vets via email and fax, we don't have any control over their actions once they receive the lost pet alert. Animal Care & Control did receive an email from us about the her lost dog CHULA. So her main complaint is about a FREE service, which is provided as a complimentary add-on to further help in the reuniting of lost pets.

We have issued a full refund to the customer on March 26th. The customer purchased our add-on services to help find his lost pet, a total of $23.35. We do offer a money back guarantee on these add-on services, in which we state that if the pet is not found after 30...

Review: I have received a phone call from this company stating there is a missing dog alert. It was a recorded message about someones dog who is missing. I do not wish to receive missing dog alerts from this company. I tried to call the number back but only got a recording with no way to opt out of their call list which I feel I should NOT be on anyways. I tried to go to their website and look for a link to opt out as well. It plainly states on their website under the FAQ section that they think they have every right to call someones phone with a "missing dog alert" :( I do not want these calls and have no way to opt out!!! Please quit calling me!Desired Settlement: Stop Calling my number !!!

Review: Said group advertises that they will send a flyer with lost pet info to 25 animal related groups via fax and e-mail for FREE.

I contacted 1/4 of the list which they provided to ensure that they had received the vital info on our beloved cat.

Fax machines and e-mail accounts were checked, some more then once while I was on the phone with the various animal shelters and pet hospitals. NONE of them had received anything from the group doing business as [redacted].com.

This is false advertising and creates a false sense of hope for the anguished pet owner that all 25 of the entities have your missing pet info when they have NONE! This is EXTREMELY cruel!!!! So glad I did not come across this group earlier as I already have flyers posted with all that were contacted by me.Desired Settlement: This group also offers to make robo calls with an Amber Alert to all your neighbors for $50. Since they have wasted so much of my precious time and caused me additional anguish and have not answered my e-mails to them with a satisfactory level of customer service, the least they can do is to make the Amber Alert calls to our neighbors about our missing cat. by the end of June.

Hello Revdex.com:

Review: I had called the business a few times, once for a double charge they took care of it right away. When I called to get a refund under the policy the girl got very defensive I said to her according to what it says about refund if I dont do with in the time frame I will not receive it. she then said that she wasnt listening to me and that I would have to wait till they were ready to give it to me. I then told her that my friend who is a attorney told me under buyers remorse I could get a refund with in 24 hrs of it coming out of my account she then told me she will not take any of my calls. I asked for her name and she said she will not give me that info so I naturally asked for her managers name and she said no. I now will go to my local news (channel 3 Gary Harper) which is a family friend and I know he will help me with this. All I want is my money and time spent asking for a refund. I would also like an apology on their website about this mater. All she had to do was get me my refund and all would be ok. The reason for me wanting the refund was they had bad reviews on ripoff report .comDesired Settlement: just mt refund
