This is Garrett with Lot LLC I am the salesman that worked with you on this deal and I would love to come to an agreement and arrangement on this dealI do re-call that you were only going to purchase the vehicle at the asking price- which was dollars more than you originally wanted to spend
I also remember we were not the ones that pushed those wheels and tires on you, that in fact- the deal, to accommodate to the $dollar difference was if we took the wheels and tires off the other Honda Civic with more stylish wheels and tires, we would be able to earn your business
We did not knowingly place an inaccurate tire on those wheelsWe received that car (the one with the more stylish wheels) the way it sat when you observed both and determined you would like the one with stock wheels and tires and have those stock tires and wheels replaced with those of the more stylish wheels and tires from the Alternate Honda CivicThose terms were met- again per your request and was sold to you per your requestWe would love to make it right with you, but a dollar refund does not seem to be accurate, nor a reasonable request as all conditions of this deal were met based of what you requested

Hello and greetings. My name is Maria I assist with the titlework at lot 74 LLC.
I was walking by the front dest on the 12th of October when a saleman flagged me to assist him with a call from a customer
I asked her to explain to me what was going on because I had no...

knowledge of her situation. She expressed to me that her trip 
permit was expireing that day. I asked why she waited till the last day. She told me she had called and was told not to call back until the last day. 
no one should have told her that and when I asked her who she would not tell me. Miss [redacted] wanted another trip permit. I told miss [redacted]
that I would call DMV as soon as we got off the phone and asked her for a number to call her back with the imformation. She was not to bad, very
irratated though I did not think she would turn it against me the person trying to help her. Okay so I called Dmv which in turn told me it was held up at salem , Lana ave
with investigations. I then called them and found out that Miss [redacted] could go pick up her plates THAT DAY at any local office where they would perform a vin inspection.
A fee of $7.00 total. again her plates would be released that day. I CALLED HER BACK WITH THE GOOD NEWS AND SHE DID NOT ANSWER. I told Charles the owner what happened and
asked him to call her. He did and she did not answer.
