I am rejecting this response because:
I need confirmation that the $will be fully refunded back to my credit card account. I will not return the product, without having that assurance. If I return the product and my credit card is still billed the additional $299, then I am basically giving you $299. Please send me written confirmation / proof that I will not be charged the $and I will gladly return the two SD cards as they are, in perfect unopened condition.

In connection with Complaint ID #*** it appears there may have been some misunderstanding as $was never charged to the customer’s account for the Dcamera. Other items ordered by the customer were delivered already without issue and we believe the matter has been satisfactorily
resolved

Regarding Complaint ID #***, the customer can use the same RMA previously provided to return both items

have two of the items to return. The items are in exactly the same condition as they were when they arrived and never opened. The RMA number I was provided was for One (1) item, and I need an RMA number to return both of the items.I sent a request for an RMA number on Jan 8th for the return of two items, and I was given an RMA number to only return one of the items. Here are the two emails. Andrew, from Lots to Save, was very particular that he will not take back both the items and will only take back one, when in fact I had no need for both items and wanted to return them both.
