We are very disappointed to hear how unhappy the client was with their experienceWe initially obtained this contract through a salesperson whose family member worked at the facility That salesperson is no longer with us We have packing slips for supplies that were delivered on or
about 8/2/and again for cases of soap that were out of stock at the time of the 8/delivery and were redelivered on a second invoice directly from Brady Industries and signed for by an employee at their office on 8/4/ Our company paid for these supplies that were delivered to and used by the client Because the client was unhappy with the strip and wax and our initial discount of $we are absolutely willing to credit the client the remaining $ We are also absolutely willing and happy to credit the client $for the $75.00/month differential between what we understood to be the monthly contract price versus what the client understood The Customer has an outstanding balance of $2,less discounts of $(remainder of the cost of the strip and wax), less $(balance of decreased monthly service $75/month for months) resulting in an open balance of $ In our 8th year in business in Arizona we have never had a single complaint to the Revdex.com We strive to always meet and exceed our clients expectations and when we can't, we can usually resolve any issues through a meeting or phone conference and compromise If the client doesn't want to pay these outstanding invoices we will write them off
