I have contacted [redacted], he is my contact for the account, to resolve this issue for the end consumer, I proposed that the end consumer field destroy the damaged item and [redacted] issue her a full refund. Unfortunately ELK is unable to refund the end consumer since we did not charge her for the purchase. I have yet to receive a response from [redacted] regarding this matter.
