[redacted] called and purchased a gift certificate for a service using her credit card. Three hours later, she wanted to cancel and receive a full refund, which is fine, however, I incurred credit card fees to run the card, so, I explained...

to her that there would be a $10 fee to cover those charges. She had the option of leaving the gift certificate in her account, which she could use another time. The service she purchased was a special that day, which was 50% off and was such a great offer. I told her it was such a great offer that we would not be running that special again. This policy is clearly stated on the website, our paper menu and on the credit card receipts. However, if in the case that a refund was given, then, a credit card fee would apply. While I was offering her the option, she used every foul word to me several times in a yelling tone. I kept saying would you like for me to refund the card or not, and she hung on me. So, I refunded the card, minus the credit card fee. I have been in business for 31 years and I have never been turned in the Revdex.com. Because, I treat people with respect.
